SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION NEXTera ENER aY SEABROOK March 13, 2013 Docket No. 50-443 SBK-L-13049 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission ATTN: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555-0001 Revision 19 to the Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan and Safeguards Contingency Plan for Seabrook Station In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), "Security plan and related submissions,"-and -10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), "Conditions of licenses," NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC submits Revision 19 to the Seabrook Station Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.

The Physical Security Plan has been revised to reflect the following changes:

" Clarified description of the Secured Owner Controlled Area in response to a request for additional information

" Added perimeter illumination equipment in response to arequest for additional information

% Updated Waterborne Threat Measures based on a revised site specific blast analysis One (1) CD-ROM containing Safeguards Information is included in this submission. The CD-ROM labeled "Seabrook Station PSP, Revision 19, Safeguards Information" contains the following files:

File 001 contains Safeguards Information that must be protected from public disclosure as required by 10 CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements."
