B-59 AMENDMENT NO. 15 Effective _______________, 2023, Indemnity Agreement No. B-59, between ZionSolutions, LLC, and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated August 23, 1971, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
The name ZionSolutions, LLC, is deleted wherever it appears in the indemnity agreement and substituted in lieu thereof by the name:
Constellation Energy Generation, LLC Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is modified by deleting the name Zion Solutions, LLC, wherever it appears in the agreement and substituted in lieu thereof by the name:
Item 1 - Licensee(s) Constellation Energy Generation, LLC Address 4300 Winfield Road Warrenville, IL 60555 In light of the above amendments, Indemnity Agreement No. B-59 is between Constellation Energy Generation, LLC, and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
