South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, submitted a License Amendment Request (LAR) per Reference 1 to adopt NFPA 805. NRC review and audit of this request determined that additional information was required and a Request for Additional Information (RAI) was issued per Reference 2. In addition to responding to the RAIs, SCE&G has revised LAR Table 4-3, LAR Table 4-9, LAR Table 4-10, LAR Table W-3 and LAR Table I-1 which are included as Attachments 3, 4 and 5 of this letter.

The following changes were made:

- LAR Tables 4-3, 4-9 and 4-10 were revised to be consistent with LAR Attachment C and the response to RAI Safe Shutdown (SSD 21.01).

- LAR Attachment W was revised as noted in response to PRA RAI 98.

- Corrections (not related to Table B-3 changes) were made to Table 4-10 comments, references associated with the reactor building engineering evaluations Technical Report (TR) number and penetration seal number.

- Changes were made as noted on pages W-3, W-4, W-5 and Table W-3.

- LAR Table I-1 was revised to remove the Containment Access Building which has been demolished to allow for the installation of the Dry Cask Storage Project and to include clarification for the Response to FPE RAI 16.
