South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as an agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority (Santee Cooper), is providing notification of an intended change to a commitment date. Specifically, SCE&G identified in Reference 1 that a License Amendment Request (LAR) identifying DRIB/105A&B as doors that have been evaluated for variances from NFPA 80 requirements would be submitted. In Reference 2, SCE&G committed that the submittal would be made by June 30, 2018.
SCE&G has identified the need for additional time to complete its preparation of the LAR submittal. SCE&G will submit the LAR by August 31, 2018. An updated commitment is attached to this letter.
