River Bend Station, Unit 1 - Issuance of Conforming Amendment to Reflect the Transfer of the Facility Operating License No. NPF-47 from Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, LLC to Entergy Louisiana, LLC (TAC No. MF6706), dated October 1, 2015
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the referenced amendment, NRC license NPF-47 for River Bend Station - Unit 1 was transferred from Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, LLC to Entergy Louisiana, LLC. Entergy Operations, Inc.
(EQI) remains the licensed operator of the station. At the time of the transfer, the following licensing requests were pending before the NRC:

Subiect M F6348 Proposed Alternatives to Use ASM E Code Case 789-1 MF6579 Cyber Security Plan Implementation Schedule MF6586 Request for Interpretation of Technical Specifications MF6662 Proposed Alternative to Use ASME Code Case N-786-1 These submittals were filed by EOI on its own behalf and on behalf of the former licensee, Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, LLC. By this letter, EOI, on its own behalf and on behalf of the new licensee, Entergy Louisiana, LLC, adopts and endorses any outstanding licensing requests filed on behalf of the former licensee, and requests that the NRC continue to process those requests as if they had been filed by the new licensee.
