NPF-11 and NPF-18 NRC Docket Nos. 50-373 and 50-37 4 2024 Regulatory Commitment Change Summary Report The purpose of this report is to provide the Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG), "2024 Regulatory Commitment Change Summary Report," for LaSalle County Station commitment changes processed during the period of January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. Based on a review of commitment tracking documentation, it was determined that commitment changes were processed and implemented during the calendar year 2024 in accordance with Nuclear Energy lnstitute's (NEI) 99-04, "Guidelines for Managing NRC Commitment Changes,"
Revision 0, dated July 1999.
The enclosed commitment changes were found to meet the criteria for inclusion in the annual Commitment Change Summary Report. There are no new regulatory commitments established by this correspondence.

Original Commitment Lake Screen House Intake Structure from bar grill to the circulating water pump inlets are inspected for accumulation of silt, corbicula or zebra mussel infestation, biological debris and concrete degradation. Any accumulations found are removed. The 2A CW Inlet Bay inspections are performed online and all portions of the structure are removed. The 2A CW Inlet Bay inspections are performed on line I
and all portions of the structure are inspected on a six-year frequency using L TS-600-23, CSCS Cooling Water Screen Bypass Supply I
and CW Pump Inlet Bays Inspection with a one-time extension of PM late date from 12/12/2023 to 01/31/2024.

I The CSCS Screen Bypass line between the bar grill and the CSCS Bypass Line Isolation Valve is visually inspected for accumulation of sediment, fouling, corbicula or zebra mussel infestation, and cycled through its full range of travel. Any accumulations found are removed. The inspection is performed on-line in conjunction with the South End Service Water Tunnel inspection using LTS-600-19, Corbicula and Zebra Mussel Inspections, on a four-year frequency.
The Service Water Tunnel is visually inspected for corbicula or zebra mussel infestation, fouling, and sedimentation. Any accumulations found are removed. The tunnel is inspected in sections (Unit 1 South Tunnel Section and Unit 2 North Tunnel Section on-line using L TS-600-19, Corbicula and Zebra Mussel Inspections, on a four-year frequency, with a one-time extension of PM late date from 12/19/2023 to I
1/31/2024.

Basis for Change The changes ensure necessary cleaning is performed to maintain continued functionality of the system, while providing flexibility in evaluatinQ and addressinQ conditions.

Oriainal Commitment LaSalle County Station shall de-sludge and inspect the wetwell during the next refueling outage of each Unit (L 1 R08/L2R08). If Primary Containment Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) controls are demonstrated to be effective during these future inspections, then LaSalle Countv Station shall oerform de-sludQinQ on an alternatinQ refuelinQ outaQe frequencv.
Chanaed Commitment LaSalle County Station shall perform wetwell de-sludging once per ten years sufficient to maintain Primary Containment debris quantities below the calculated debris caoacitv of the ECCS suction strainers.
Basis for Chanae Technical evaluation analvzed historical sludae auantities and margins for ECCS suction strainers to iustifv the new freauencv.
