NPF-9 and NPF-17 Docket Nos 50-369 and 50-370 Report of Changes to Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5)(ii), 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5), and 10 CFR 72 .44(f), Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC (Duke Energy) hereby submits a description of changes to the following Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures :

CSD-EP-MNS-0101-01 , EAL Technical Basis Document, Revision 2 CSD-EP-MNS-0101-02, EAL Wallchart (Both Hot and Cold) , Revision 3 Duke Energy has evaluated these revisions in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5) and determined that they do not result in a reduction in the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan .

Emergency Plan and the McGuire Emergency Plan Annex.

EAL CU5.1 Table C-4 and EAL SU7 .1 Table S-4 updated with revised Communication Methods as described in the Fleet Common (Standard) Emergency Plan and the McGuire Emergency Plan Annex. No actual equipment modifications or engineering changes are involved with this change.
