. by. completion 'of the Generator' Load Reject :. test, which included.a planned reactor scram as the final test in TC 6.
The plant was restarted'the next day, and Test Condition 7.
was entered on October 26.-
An' inadvertent deenergization.of a plant electrical bus on October 27 resulted in a low reactor vessel water level scram.
An Unusual Event was.
declared due to the actuation of the High~ Pressure Core Spray-System. The plant was restarted and'the generator synchronized to the grid on October 28 resuming Test:
Condition 7 testing.. On'0ctober 30, during'a fast. closure test of the MSIV's, three valves were found to have slov-closure times upon the first testing' stroke..' Subsequent strokes were'found to be acceptable. l Test Condition 7 testing was completed, and Test Condition 8 was entered on-1 October.30. At.the end of the month, the plant vas op'erating at approximately 99% reactor power, producing 1218 HVe gross.
