r Operations Summary Initial criticality occurred on June 6, 1986. Remaining
-preoperational testing activities continued. Technical Specification changes for full power operation were submitted on June 18, 1986.
The final seismological / geological report of the January 31, 1986 earthquake was: submitted on June 24, 1986. FSAR Amendment 25 was submitted on June 27, 1986. On June 29, 1986, the Reactor Coolant System Leakage Test was completed satisfactorily.
On June 20, 1986, combustion in the off gas charcoal adsorbers occurred resulting in an Unusual Event. The Unusual Event was terminated on June 23, 1986. A Confirmatory Action Letter re-stricting start-up until questions concerning the off gas charcoal fire are resolved, was issued on June 23, 1986.
