"Confirmatory Order Related to NRC Report No. 05000255/2015013; and Investigation Report 3-2012-021; Palisades Nuclear Plant," dated May 16, 2016.

Dear Mr. Louden:

In accordance with the subject Confirmatory Order, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) developed a case study addressing lessons learned from the event. The case study was provided in training sessions to site personnel identified in the order. The Oversight Subcommittee of ENO's Safety Review Committee (SRC) developed a report that detailed the effectiveness of the training. The report was provided to ENO's Chief Nuclear Officer.

Pursuant to Section V, Item 1c, of the Confirmatory Order, this letter provides notification that the SRC's Oversight Subcommittee report is available for NRC inspection.

This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
