PLANT SCRAM WITil LOSS OF OFF-SITE POWER Region III, NRR, and the Resident Inspector completed the review of the December 28, 1981, plant scram.
The licensee plans to take the reactor critical on January 22, 1982. The licensee plans to perform special testing and monitoring of the main and reserve station transformer breakers during startup.
Region III plans to follow the t testing.
The State of Wisconsin will be notified.
Neither the licensee nor Region III plans to issue a press release.
