INITIAL FUEL LOADING Duke Power Company, whii.h was issued a low-power and fuel-loading license yesterday for Catawba Unit 2, has advised Region II that it sill begin initial fuel leading today.
Both Duke and the NRC are issuing press releases on the issuance of the license.
Catawba Unit 1 is operating at 100 percent pcwer.
The State of South Carolina has been infonned.
