Purpose:

Discuss with NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra) security-related information for Point Beach Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2. The NRC staff has determined, in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Sections 73.21 and 73.22, that the information to be discussed during the meeting will contain Security-Related Information (SRI) and Safeguards Information (SGI), and therefore, should be closed to the public.

As a reminder, because SRI and SGI will be discussed, no (but not limited to) electronic, recording, or WI-FI enabled devices are permitted. All items are subject to search prior to entry into the secure conference room.
