By letter dated November 30, 2016 (Reference 1), the NRC issued an Order approving the indirect transfer of control of the licenses for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2 ("SSES") in accordance with Section 184 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, 10 CFR § 50.80, and 10 CFR § 72.50.

By letter dated December 2, 2016, Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC ("Susquehanna") notified the NRC of the closing date of the shareholder transaction in accordance with the terms of the NRC Order (Reference 2). The transaction subsequently closed on December 6, 2016.

Preliminary notification that certain changes would occur was provided to NRC staff in a telephone call held on December 2, 2016, although the nature and timing of all changes had not been determined at the time of that notification. The Enclosure to this letter provides a list of the current directors, managers and principal officers of Tal en and Susquehanna.

Updated Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel fonns will be provided in accordance with 10 CFR §95.17 under separate cover for these changes. Future changes to the officers, directors, or managers of Tal en or Susquehanna will be reported to the extent required under 10 CFR §95.17, but will not be docketed in this proceeding.
