Document Control Desk PLA-7526 Horizontal Storage Module (HSM) Model: NUHOMSModel 102 Cask Identification (Serial Number): SSE-61BTH-1-C-2-071 HSM Identification: D-21 Load Date: October 13, 2016 The heat load associated with the identified Dry Shielded Canister (DSC) is less than previously submitted, as such, thermal performance assessment data discussed in Technical Specification (TS) for Cetiificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 1004, Amendment No. 10, Section 1.1. 7, "Special Requirements for First System in Place" is not being submitted as pa1i of this registration letter.

There are no new or revised regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
