Load Date: NUHOMS Model 102 SSE-61BTH-1-C-2-071 D-21 October 13, 2016 Document Control Desk PLA-7526 The heat load associated with the identified Dry Shielded Canister (DSC) is less than previously submitted, as such, thermal performance assessment data discussed in Technical Specification (TS) for Cetiificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 1004, Amendment No. 10, Section 1.1. 7, "Special Requirements for First System in Place" is not being submitted as pa1i of this registration letter.
There are no new or revised regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
