Document Control Desk PLA-7524 The heat load associated with the identified Dry Shielded Canister (DSC) is less than previously submitted, as such, thermal performance assessment data discussed in Technical Specification (TS) for Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 1004, Amendment No. 10, Section 1.1. 7, "Special Requirements for First System in Place" is not being submitted as part of this registration letter.
There are no new or revised regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
