The referenced insurance policies and certificates for SSES included insurance coverage under the American Nuclear Insurer's Master Policy- Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance (Secondary Financial Protection).

Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC hereby references that coverage, which includes a Bond for Payment of Retrospective Premiums, as providing the guarantee pursuant to 10 CFR 140.21 for payment of defened premiums.
