Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Mail Station OPI-17 Washington, DC 20555 SUSQUEHANNA STEAM ELECTRIC STATION ANNUAL PERSONNEL EXPOSURE REPORT Docket Nos. 50-387 PLA-5738 and 50-388 In accordance with the Susquehanna SES Unit I and 2 Technical Specifications, Section 5.6.1, the attached annual personnel exposure report is provided for calendar year 2003 for SSES Units 1 and 2. The report includes only those individuals whose cumulative dose for calendar year 2003 was greater than 100 mrem. Please note that the dose reported accounts for approximately 78% of the total station dose because the number of individuals receiving greater than 100 mrem was insufficient to meet the 80% criteria specified in Reg. Guide 1.16.C.l .b.(3).

Also, in accordance with Regulation Guide 1.16, Special Maintenance is described as the performance of all plant modifications or changeouts of any plant equipment, piping, etc.
