By letters dated February 3 and May' 30,1989, you responded to GL88-14. indicating that the required verifications had been performed and provided a discussion of your programs for maintaining proper. instrument air quality.. ' As noted.in the GL, the documentation assembled for this verification should be retained-for a future audit by the NRC staff. Therefore, you' fulfilled the requirements-of the GL for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station.

This completes our effort under TAC No.71701.
