This report documcnts our review of the design specifications and quality assurance pro,-rams used in reactor vessel construction. It also provides the status el surveillance programs, pressure-temperature operating limits, inservice inspection programs and other vessel related issucs. for plants in the Systematic Evaluation Program (SEP).
This evaluation completed our review of SEP Topic V-6 and will be used as input to the integrated review of San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1.
