. Power Station. Review responsibility for this submittal _ was transferred to the NRC Headquarters from Region I on February 20, 1986,~because the proposed changes have potential policy implications.
Our review revealed that the proposed changes regarding vital area barriers and openings in vital area barriers are contrary to current guidance as set forth in NUREG-0416 Section 5.2, and accordingly are not acceptable under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
If you wish to pursue this issue, we would entertain this change under 10 CFR 50.90.
