The Reactor Oversight Process (ROP) is the NRC way issuing finding and violations at a low significance level but also provide a measurement which leads to higher enforcement actions.

Column
- Licensee Response Column - Most common / Normal state
- Regulatory Response Column - Possible. Typically due to one white input. Resolved after IP 95001
- Degraded Cornerstone Column - Rare
- Multiple/Repetitive Degraded Cornerstone Column - Very Rare
- Unacceptable Performance Column - Unheard of
