The NRC Staff has requested that the schedule for the NRC Order consenting to the transfer and the approval of the conforming license amendments for License Amendment Request 253 (Reference 1) be delayed from July 1,2007, to August 1,2007.
This letter acknowledges the NRC Staff request and concurs with the proposed schedule for approval and issuance for the referenced Order and Confirming License Amendments to Transfer Facility Operating Licenses DPR-24 and DPR-27 for Units 1 and 2, respectively.
Please address questions regarding this license amendment request to Ms. Monica Ray, Regulatory Affairs Manager, at 9201755-7633.
This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
