,2007, Indemnity Agreement No. B-41, between Wisconsin Electric Power Company, Nuclear Management Company, LLC, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated October 9, 1969, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Delete the names "Wisconsin Electric Power Company" and "Nuclear Management Company" and substitute the name "FPL Energy Point Beach, LLC."
