Renewal of Quality Assurance Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages Pursuant to 1 OCFR7 1.101 (f), Detroit Edison is submitting this application for renewal of the Quality Assurance Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages. Approval Number 0526, Revision Number 5 (Reference 3) was previously issued on November 22, 2004 by the NRC and will expire on November 30, 2009. The previous application dates were December 29, 1999 and October 13, 2004.
Detroit Edison intends to continue to apply its previously approved 1 OCFR50, Appendix B, Quality Assurance (QA) Program to satisfy the program requirements of 1 OCFR7 1.101(b). The Fermi 2 QA Program was initially approved in the Fermi 2 Safety Ai eC ADTEEnergyCompany l
