Attachment was revised and re-submitted by letter dated July 29, 2013.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1), Southern Nuclear is notifying you of an update to Southern Nuclear's FOCI certificate. Specifically, Southern Nuclear is updating the OODEP Attachment to reflect that Ms. Tami M. Barron has been elected an officer with the company, effective January 4, 2014.
