Change in Revision for ANS/ANSI Standard Used for Simulator Maintenance Indian Point Unit Numbers 2 and 3 Docket Nos. 50-247 and 50-289 License Nos. DPR-29 and DPR-64
Dear Sir:
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) is submitting this letter to inform you and your staff that the Indian Point training simulators will be maintained, effective August 31, 2011, in accordance with American Nuclear Society (ANS) standard ANSI/ANS-3.5-2009 "Nuclear Power Plant Simulators for Use in Operator Training and Examination". Currently, the IPEC simulator is being maintained in accordance with ANSI/ANS-3.5-1985.
