Dear Sir or Madam:
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) has revised the IPEC "Physical Security, Training and Qualification, Safeguards Contingency Plan, And Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program" to implementation of the security rule scheduled for March 2010 with some aspects rescheduled to February 2011. This revision is included in Enclosure 1. Attachment 1 contains a description of the changes in the required format.
The changes were evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) and do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
