Dear Sir:

Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc (Entergy) hereby submits the response to Bulletin 2003-04 (Reference 1) for Indian Point Units 1, 2, and 3.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued the Bulletin to all licensees that possess materials that are tracked in the Nuclear Materials Management and Safeguards System (NMMSS) database. The Bulletin requests that information be provided to ensure that onsite material balances are accurately reflected in the NMMSS database.

Entergy routinely submits special nuclear material inventory reports, in accordance with 10 CFR 74.13(a). Reference 2 is the most recent report for Indian Point Units 1 and 2. Reference 3 is the most recent report for Indian Point 3. The reporting identification symbols for Indian Point Units 1, 2, and 3 are ZEJ, XEM, and XBM, respectively.
