Pursuant to 10 CFR 74.13(a), enclosed is a computer diskette containing the Special Nuclear Materials (SNM) Report data for the period October 2002 through July 2003. As defined by Nuclear Materials Management and Safeguards System Report D-24, "Personal Computer Data Input for NRC Licensees," the transmittal consists of a diskette, a diskette transmittal form explaining the contents of the diskette, and a printed listing of each data file with its corresponding file name.
