Supplement to Recently Submitted License Amendment Requests In the referenced letters, NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC (NEDA) submitted requests for amendments to the Operating License (OL) and Technical Specifications (TS) for the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC). NEDA requested approval of the proposed license amendments in mid-to-late 2020 and that the approved amendments become effective following submittal of the required 10 CFR 50.82(a)(1 )(ii) certification that DAEC has been permanently defueled. Additionally, NEDA hereby requests implementation within 30 days of the approved amendment effective date.
