FIRE PROTECTION PROGRAM (EPID L-2019-LLA-0211)
Dear Mr. Moul:
By letter dated July 30, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML20184A003), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff issued Amendment No. 312 to Renewed Facility Operating License (FOL) No. DPR-49 for the Duane Arnold Energy Center. The amendment deleted License Condition 2.C.(3), Fire Protection Program, which requires that the licensee implement and maintain a fire protection program that complies with the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.48, paragraphs (a) and (c).
The NRC staff identified the following editorial error:
On page 3 of the Renewed FOL No. DPR-49, License Condition 2 incorrectly makes reference to the renewed operating license. The word operating was removed with the issuance of Amendment No. 311 (ADAMS Accession No. ML20134J104).
The error was inadvertently introduced during the administrative processing of the license amendment. The correction does not change any of the conclusions associated with the issuance of the amendment and does not affect the associated notice to the public. Please replace Renewed FOL page 3 with the enclosed corrected page. We regret any inconvenience caused by this error.

This renewed license shall be deemed to contain and is subject to the conditions specified in the following Commission regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I; Part 20, Section 30.34 of Part 30, Section 40.41 of Part 40, Sections 50.54 and 50.59 of Part 50, and Section 70.32 of Part 70; is subject to all applicable provisions of the Act and to the rules, regulations, and orders of the Commission now or hereafter in effect; and is subject to the additional conditions specified or incorporated below:
