In accordance with the reporting requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and 10 CFR 50.71(e). Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) hereby submits Revision 4 of the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Units 3 & 4 Cyber Security Plan which was approved on September 24, 2020.

SNC has reviewed the changes incorporated into Revision 4 in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) and determined that this revision does not constitute a decrease in safeguards effectiveness of the Cyber Security Plan. In accordance with 10 CFR 52.3, the appropriate copies are being provided to the NRC Document Control Desk and the Region II Office. provides a description of each change incorporated into Revision 4 of the SNC VEGP Units 3 & 4 Cyber Security Plan. Enclosure 2 provides Revision 4 of the SNC VEGP Units 3 & 4 Cyber Security Plan. SNC requests that the Cyber Security Plan, which contains Security-Related Information, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.

This letter contains no regulatory commitments. This letter has been reviewed and determined not to contain security-related information beyond that provided as Enclosure 2.
