By letter LR-N25-0074 dated September 24, 2025 (ML25268A071), the licensee submitted two affidavitsrequestingthat specific information included with the letter be withheld from public disclosurepursuant toTitle 10 of theCode of Federal Regulations(10 CFR)
Section2.390.
The NRC staff reviewed theaffidavitsand information provided in the letterin accordance withthe requirements of 10CFR2.390.Based on the statements in theaffidavits,the staffdeterminedthat the informationsoughtto be withheldcontainsproprietary commercial information and should be withheld from public disclosure. Therefore, the information marked as proprietary will be withheld from public disclosurepursuant to10CFR 2.390(b)
(5).
The NRC may have cause to review this determination in the future.If the NRCmakes a determinationcontrary to the above,the licenseewill be notified in advance of any public disclosure.
