Long Mott Energy, LLC (LME), hereby submits the enclosed Supplement #4 to the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR) for the Long Mott Generating Station (LMGS) Construction Permit Application. As described in Attachment 4, Planned Submittals of Supporting Site-Information for LMGS Preliminary Safety Analysis Report Chapter 2, of the cover letter to Reference 1, LME Ž plans to submit additional site-the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to support the descriptions of LMGS site geotechnical and seismological characteristics, and associated data collection, testing, analysis, and modeling that are contained in Section 2.5 of the LMGS PSAR. The NRC, as described in Reference 2, noted that LME expected this additional site-to.

Dow Way Midland, MI 48674 Accordingly, this Supplement #4 includes redlined markups of certain Subsections to PSAR Chapter 2.5, Geology, based on additional site-and analyses, as presented in Enclosures 1 thru 6. Additional details for each Enclosure are described below:
x : Provides a redlined markup of Subsection 2.5.1, Basic Geologic and Seismic Information,and describes additional site-related to site and area geology and stratigraphy. Editorial markups are also noted.
x : Provides a redlined markup of Subsection 2.5.2, Vibratory Ground Motion.
Revisions to Subsection 2.5.2.5, Seismic Wave Transmission Characteristics of the Site, and Subsection 2.5.2.6, Ground Motion Response Spectra describe additional site-the site response analysis inputs, methodology, and resulting. Editorial markups are also noted.

nature and location of the information LME requests to be withheld is described in Attachment 1 to this letter. Public and non-public versions of the portions of the application containing proprietary information are submitted as separate enclosures as described in the list of enclosures at the end of this letter. LME requests the proprietary enclosures be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4) and in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.390(b). The adavit accompanying this letter as Attachment 2 supports this request.
