Attachment 1 to Long Mott Energy, LLC, Letter No. 2025-PLM-NRC-016 Information Requested to be Withheld from Public Disclosure This attachment describes the nature and location of proprietary information, security-related information (SRI), and sensitive site archeological survey information (ASI) within the LMGS construction permit application (CPA) that Long Mott Energy, LLC (LME) requests to be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4). As indicated in the table below, the information to be withheld pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4) includes proprietary design information owned by the Xe-100 technology designer and owner, X Energy, LLC (X-energy). Thus, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1)(iii), one adavit is executed to support this request for withholding.

Double brackets (i.e., "(( ))") in the documents identify the information LME requests to be withheld.
Superscripts adjacent to the double brackets: (1) correspond to the adavit that certi"es the basis for the request to withhold proprietary information pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4), i.e., (( ))LME or (( ))XE.
