HDI 25-039 Page 2 of 6 By letter dated August 1, 2024 (Reference 1), as supplemented by letters dated March 26, 2025 (Reference 2), April 29, 2025 (Reference 3) and May 13, 2025 (Reference 4), Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) requested approval of a proposed amendment to the Renewed Facility Operating License DPR-16 for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS or Oyster Creek) to include license termination plan (LTP) requirements.

By email (Reference 5), the NRC notified HDI that a regulatory audit would be conducted to facilitate timely resolution of questions associated with the review of the OCNGS LTP.

Reference 6 contained the audit plan.

In response to the regulatory audit, the OCNGS LTP has been updated to Revision 2 and changes are indicated by revision bars. Supporting information has been supplemented or revised as necessary.
