Dear Mr. Eckermann:

By email dated March 19, 2025 (ML25078A178), I notified you of the NRC staffs acceptance review results for the subject request. In that email, I indicated that we could complete our review by March 19, 2026. However, due to the government shutdown and delayed completion of audit discussions, we are extending the expected completion date to May 19, 2026.
