Non-Possessing Facility Clearance for Orano Federal Services LLC
Dear Andrea Koch:
Orano Federal Services LLC (OFS) is submitting the enclosed Standard Practice Procedure Plan (SPPP) in support of our request to receive a non-possessing FCL. The enclosed SPPP includes security-related sensitive information. OFS requires an FCL so that its staff can apply for Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) personnel security clearances needed to access classified information that will inform OFS's support of Orano USA LLC's NRC license application.
OFS's Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) information, including Standard Form 328, "Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests," was submitted to the NRC via the U.S. Department of Energy Electronic Submission Site.
