SMR, LLC is pleased to submit the licensing topical report, SMR-300 Concrete Strengthened Steel Structures Design and Analysis Methodology Licensing Topical Report, HI-2251825 Rev.0. SMR, LLC notified the NRC of its intent to submit this licensing topical report during a pre-application public meeting held on August 12, 2025 (ML25266A131). SMR, LLC respectfully requests that the NRC review and approve that the methodology described in the report is technically acceptable and consistent with current regulations.
SMR, LLC respectfully requests NRC acceptance review be completed and a review schedule be provided within 60 days of the receipt of this letter.
