Extension of Date to Issue Exemption for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2 Regarding 10 CFR 54.17(c)
Dear Ms. Aboulfaida,
By email dated September 16, 2025 (ML25262A071), I notified you of the NRC staffs acceptance review results for the subject exemption request. In that email, I indicated that we could complete our review by the requested date of November 29, 2025. However, due to the government shutdown, we are extending the expected completion date to December 31, 2025. Additionally, our estimated level of effort is being reduced to 12 hours1.388889e-4 days <br />0.00333 hours <br />1.984127e-5 weeks <br />4.566e-6 months <br />.
