These changes involve rewording and reordering certain steps in Attachments 2 and 4 to provide clarity and to enhance process, primarily involving approval of news releases. In addition, a NOTE in Attachment 9 regarding call backs for Rumor Control personnel was deleted, as all phone interaction with the public is handled by Ameren's Jefferson City Call Center.
