additional information related to information contained in the LMGS Environmental Report (Enclosure 3 to Reference 1) requiring by Long Mott Energy, LLC. The NRC provided a draft summary of the requested additional information on October 8, 2025.

x Aquatic Ecology o

The Project Long Mott Ecological Resources Technical Report, Rev. 1 dated August 20, 2024 that supported development of ER Tables 2.4-9 and 2.4-10 (Enclosure 2).

o The current Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) permit (WQ0000447000) for the Seadrift Operations Plant (Enclosure 3).

x Historical and Cultural Resources o

The Xe-100 Dow Seadrift Site Phase 1 Intensive Archaeological Survey, Calhoun County, Texas, Negative Finding Short Report (Enclosure 4).

x Land Use o

The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service Farmland Conversion Impact Rating Form AD-1006 (Enclosure 5).

The completed United States Fish and Wildlife Services (USFWS) Northern Long-Eared Bat and Tricolored Bat Range-Wide Determination Key for the project (Enclosure 6).
