By letter dated May 9, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
[ADAMS] Accession No. ML25129A057), you submitted an application to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for alternatives to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section III for Certificate of Compliance No. 1004 Amendment 18.
