Dear Mr. Ortiz Gonzalez:
By letter dated July 15, 2025 [1], the NRC staff sent Requests for Additional Information (RAIs) to support review of Revision 3 for the HI-STAR 80 Certificate of Compliance No. 9374 and requested that Holtec provide this information by August 14, 2025.
To ensure high-quality responses to the staffs questions and to allow sufficient time to complete any additional analyses and drawing revisions needed to support the responses, Holtec plans to submit responses by September 30, 2025.
