Dear Mr. Thomas L. Doyle:
In response to your submittal dated March 25, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML25101A293), pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 70, Special Nuclear Materials License SNM-2013 is hereby amended to approve David Horn, as the radiation safety officer. Accordingly, Safety Condition 1 of SNM-2013 has been revised to list the date of your submittal, which provided supplemental information to your license application. All other conditions of this license remain the same.
Enclosed is a safety evaluation report as well as public and non-public copies of the revised license. This letter concludes the NRCs action on the amendment request. Fee billing for this amendment is captured under Enterprise Project Identifier (EPID) L-2025-NFA-0002. The EPID is now closed.
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2, Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The PDR is open by appointment.
