In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between our agencies, I request that you review the attached Japanese Certificate of Competent Authority J/2007/AF-96 (Rev. 1),
dated May 13, 2024, for the TN-XII package and make a recommendation concerning our revalidation of the package for import and export use for a five-year term. To assist in your review, a copy of the package design safety report for the TN-XII package, along with other supporting documents has been be provided to your staff electronically.
