WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT - NRC EXAMINATION RESULTS SUMMARY -
EXAMINATION REPORT 05000390/2025301 and 05000391/2025301
Dear Delson C. Erb:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the individual examination results for the applicant
who participated in the retake operator license examination conducted at your facility on March
26, 2025. This letter complies with the intent of NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examination
Standards for Power Reactors, Revision 12, ES-5.1, Section E.
Enclosure 1 is a copy of Form 5.1-3, Power Plant Examination Results Summary. Enclosure 2 is
a copy of the license for the applicant who passed the examination. Enclosure 3 is a copy of the
Individual Examination Report (Form 5.1-2) for the applicant who took the examination.
You should receive the operator license certificate in approximately 90 days. Region II
encourages licensees to plan certificate presentation ceremonies for licensed operators. If
available, regional management will participate in such ceremonies. Please contact me at
