New TS 3.3.8 Tcold - High Function for PRHR Actuation Logic Changes Safety Analysis Impacts (Reference UFSAR Table 15.0-6)
As stated in LAR Section 3, the safety analyses that credit PRHR actuation on Low-2 narrow range SG level coincident with Low-2 startup feedwater flow are:
- Loss of Alternating Current (LOAC)
- Loss of Normal Feedwater - Both SGs Affected (LONF), including LONF with consequential LOAC As stated in LAR Section 3, additional evaluation was performed:
- Loss of Normal Feedwater - Only One SG Affected (Partial LONF)
Other non-limiting analyses not crediting PRHR actuation on Low-2 narrow range SG level remain unaffected by the LAR proposed change (inferred in LAR Section 3)
