On February 6, 2025, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the referenced order, EA-NRR-2025-0013.
This order modified the licenses of certain Non-Power Utilization Facilities (NPUFs) and established initial final safety analysis report update dues dates for the pertinent NPUFs consistent with the NPUF License Renewal Rule dated December 30, 2024.
This response is to indicate that the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Nuclear Reactor Laboratory consents to the order and does not request a hearing.
